Job Description
- Assist the H.O.D in evaluating the technical aspects of the bidders’ proposals as per the Project Manager request.
- The Group leader main duty is to monitor all work completed by his / her team members and provide them with technical supervision and backup. Under the direction of the H.O.D and the Project Manager, is responsible for the technical quality of the team operational output.
- Ensuring implementing that the Company Quality Standards, guidelines and plans are implemented properly, in addition to ensuring that all work assigned to his / her team members is completed properly, and meets the required specifications and standards.
- He / she should monitor and enhance his / her team members’ productivity. Also, should provide his / her team members’ with the technical assistance, support and guidance required to complete their work.
- Apply latest international codes and standards, TIA, NEC, NFPA, IEC/BSI, and IEEE.
- Knowledge of engineering software CAD, Revit and calculation software.
- To be aware with latest system technology of smart homes, smart buildings and Smart Cities.
Achieve professional Group Leader level with established expertise in areas of the design and shop drawings of ICT/ELV (BMS knowledge a plus) services in mega projects, hotels, Schools, commercial complex centers and cities planning & Infrastructure networks.
