Job Description

Responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers and provide and process information in response to inquiries, concern and requests about services.

Solves complaints, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and all related inquires.

  • Receives customer orders through e-mail, calls day to day and communicate with operations team to ensuring the operative abilities and capacity in providing the service.
  • Provides pricing information to the customers and send it to the collection department to issue the invoices. Ensures of their issuance according to department system.
  • Answers all customers' calls regarding transport status and provides service verifications promptly.
  • Receives customer complaints on daily basis, and provides appropriate and prompt corrective actions to ensure customers satisfactions are met
  • Follow-up with the client till solving all problems to ensure that they were fully solved
  • Ability to retain current customers and attract potential customers to increase business volume in coordination with sales team.
  • In addition tracking down the owned and outsource trucks, record and communicate the relevant data and information to fulfill customer requirement and inquiries.
  • Trace truck order until the end of the trip and reports promptly to customer service in case of sudden obstructions or delays.
  • Record trip information and communicate the data to customers in timely manner
  • Inform customers with shipment location and status and Gather data of done/pending trips from operations teams

Job Requirements

Education:

  • A minimum of Bachelor degree in logistics / Business administration OR other relevant.

Language Skills:

  • English (read, write and speak) fluently

Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft office proficiency
  • Ability to adapt to new software technology

Skills required:

  • Ability to deal with people from different cultures and background
