Job Description
A manufacturing and interior design company in Nasr City, Cairo is looking for a Receptionist/Secretary.
- Responsible for the effective translation and prompt circulation of documents to ensure stipulations are complied
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, submittal, etc)
Job Requirements
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Additional relevant work experience may substitute for degree
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Fast typing speed
- Strong communication and human-relation skills
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and office equipment
- Knowledgeable in Document Control & Filing Management
- Should have at least 2 years of working experience on the same work.
- Experience in managing office inventory and will be able to manage working without supervision
