Job Description
- Manage and handle the product requirement plan.
- Track all pricing and payment terms based on suppliers data base.Audit freight cost.
- Manage all shipments with different shipping and clearance agents.
- Track and trace shipments at every stage.
- Follow up with clearance agents to make sure that the correct customs duty is applied for all shipments.
- Provide ongoing data to logistics Manager for all invoices (amount and payment due date).
- Ensure all products are received in the required format and content. (barrels / bags, etc
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business administration / Logistics
- Importing cycle and experience.
- Excellent English writing, reading and talking
- Excellent problem solving, convincing and communication skills
- Excellent in Microsoft office
