Job Description
- Conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests using techniques such as XRF, Spectrophotometry, physical and chemical separation techniques, and microscopy.
- Responsible for management of hazardous materials, as per legal and SG requirements
- Responsible for chemicals inventory management.
- Creating MSDS database and follow the implementation of precautions and requirements.
- Responsible for the implementation of TAS Standard.
- Analysis of incoming raw materials according to the quality plan.
- Coordination/Supervising the loading of Raw Materials into Silos.
- Coordination/Supervising Cullet Reprocessing activities.
- Conduct Batch recipe analysis.
- Feed data to the relevant software packages.
- Compile and interpret results of tests and analyses.
- Product defect analysis
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure good housekeeping
- Adhere to the relevant safety and environmental standards
- To provide support and resource for local WCM activities whilst implementing global projects, local projects, Act as project/pillar sponsor, leader, member.
- Compliance to statutory/legal Occupational Health, Environment & Safety company policies and procedures.
- Compliance with the company QMS, Quality Control, Product compliance of Saint-Gobain.

Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Chemistry / BSC of Chemistry.
- 3 years working experience in relevant industry.
- Good command of English.
- Computer literate (Word and Excel).
- Good analytical skills.
- Methodical and willing to work within set procedures and time constraints.
