Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Study and understand all relevant project documents relating to cost management.
- Assist in Monitors and evaluate Project Cost / Man‐hour performance on Weekly and Monthly basis
- Assist in Monitoring, reporting and forecasting project cost & revenue trends.
- Assist in Preparing and issuance of monthly cost reports and monthly forecasts
- Assist in Preparing cost estimates as required to support project contracting and procurement activities.
- Assist in ensuring that all cost related work is in compliance with procurement contract(s).
- Assist in ensuring that the performance of various assigned tasks, and the conduct of cost control staff within the project are in accordance with the Project controls department's policies and procedures.
- Assist in ensuring company and project controls Department policies and procedures are implemented accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Excellent Command of English language skills.
- High Computer Literacy.
- Good knowledge of relevant Cost Control Software.
- AutoCAD.
