Job Description
- Install and configure computers, Hard wares ,Systems, Networks,Printers,
- Support Staff either face to face , over the phone or remotely for solving problems.
- Troubleshooting system network problems, diagnosing and solving hardwares & Softwares faults.
- Setup new users account and profiles.
- Support the HQ and Branches Network Infrastructure including Cables Termination, Routers and Switches installation and configuration.
- Support Users Email Access and Troubleshooting
- Support Users indifferent Microsoft Products SCCM, Active Directory
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in computer science or related field and/or equivalent
- Knowledge of Windows Operating System, knowledge of hard desk management tools, , Microsoft Office, Network Management Software, Remote Control Software, Etc.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Wide knowledge of office software applications
