About the Job

Management & Funds Management:

  • Managing the staff and motivate them to achieve the desired performance
  • Oversee operations and design the needed framework to meet department desired goals
  • Prepare Forecast of cash flow positions and ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet current operational and capital investment requirements
  • Monitoring cash flow and predicting future trends
  • Maintaining and developing banks relationships & Managing company long term and short term loans
  • Make a regular meeting with the management team regarding cash flow in order to assure that adequate control is in place
  • Arranging a new source of finance according to business need

Budgeting & Financial Reporting:

  • Manage the preparation of the company's annual budget
  • Report to management actual performance variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances
  • Providing and interpreting financial information
  • Prepare statutory financial statements
  • Report to CEO the company's financial results and clarify variances than budget
  • Make and review monthly presentation showing company financial reports and

Cost Management:

  • Review monthly bill of material and report changes in material cost
  • Monitoring monthly job cost sheet and customer profitability sheet
  • Monitoring monthly segments profitability analysis
  • Providing cost reduction projects to management
