Primary To design and deliver highly effective lectures in finance and accounting either to prepare students for specific professional certifications (CFA) or as part of corporate training programs
Also to design and develop content for prep courses and as well as public and in house corporate training programs
The responsibilities of the Instructor include but are not limited to Delivering high-quality lectures, both in a live classroom environment as well as online
Design new courses including topic areas, class and faculty scheduling
Developing or manage the development of course content for the various courses
Developing, implementing, and reviewing an effective learning process incorporating appropriate methodology, technology, and other tools Assist in business development by preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients
Ensuring that student Key Performance Indicators (attendance, practice tests, mock exams, assignments, etc) are tracked and communicated to students and/or sponsors regularly and that students who fall behind are counselled
Remaining current in phisher discipline and updating course content when appropriate to reflect the current levels of knowledge in the discipline

CFA charter holder
Previous experience in training/lecturing (preferably delivering the CFA curriculum)
Previous experience in the financial markets and delivery of other financial courses
