- Developing Org Charts, Competencies Model and Job profile.
- Developing Organization Competencies (Behavioral – Technical)
- Formulate Company grading system and salary structure.
- Assisting managers to develop SOPs
- Maintain Job Evaluation System
- Formulate departmental objectives and KPIs
- Developing and applying Performance management system
- Setting Performance standards and analyzing performance gap
- Extracting training needs and sitting training plan

Job Requirements
- The minimum education requirement of an OD S.H is a bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus.
