Job Description
- As a product designer, you will be working on big new ideas that will transform how people move and do logistics.
- You will be working closely with Product Managers, OPS teams, and Engineers to deliver a remarkable experience for our user base all across Africa.
Responsibilities
- Brainstorming, prototyping, shipping, measuring, and improving your designs based on quantitative and qualitative metrics
- Creating wireframes and prototypes to solve complex UX challenges
- Owning design challenges from end to end by going through the delivery milestones
- Partnering with the Product Team to define requirements
- Collaborating with multiple parties for UX research and understand our user base personas
- Taking charge of Halan’s brand and its perception across multiple front-facing products
- Collaborating with Software Engineers to build your designs
- Develop experiments to test user-facing designs
Job Requirements
- An experience of 5 years in a similar field
- An amazing portfolio showcasing your high quality and thoughtful UI and UX designs
- A good understanding web and mobile design patterns
- Effective prototyping skills
- An ability to comprehend and solve complex design challenges
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and In-Design
