Job Description

Duties :

  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls.
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
  • Adhere to quality standards and KPI’s.
  • Supports clients
  • Develops and updates content in keeping with client requests and needs
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Determine the reason for the call and provide service accordingly or transfer the call to the appropriate personnel.
  • Explain the benefits and advantages of our service to clients and ensure they are fully aware of the process and requirements.

Working Conditions:

  • Working Hours: 9-5 Fixed shifts
  • Days off: Friday & Saturday
  • Location: Downtown

Job Requirements

  • Females Only
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different situations.
  • Ability to multi-task
