Job Description
- The Architect duties include preparation, revision, and coordination of architectural drawings and documents.
- Follow up all company’s policy and procedures.
- Prepare the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
- Study and reply for requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise .
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Architecture .
- Experience: Min 7 years of experience in designs and shop drawings.
- Software Skills: Auto CAD. 3D MAX.
- Languages: Excellent in English.
- Preferred previous experience in KSA.
