Job Description

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • highly skilled in Closing partnership deals (B2B) is a must
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses
  • meeting and greeting clients
  • If more senior, recruiting, training and supervising junior staff

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint ).
  • Prior experience within the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in English.
