Job Description

  • Responding to customer Queries.
  • Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email to answer questions, troubleshoot the issue and promote service.
  • Responsible for customer follow-ups, assisting customer.
  • Handling Complaints.
  • Maintaining Customer Satisfaction.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Working Hours: 8 working hours includes breaks.
  • Location: Fifth Settlement
