For our state of the art gyna-plastics clinic located in Mohandessin we are recruiting a reliable and enthousiastic Reception & Patient Coordinator.
Are you looking for a new challenging opportunity with plenty of space for personal development?
As Reception & Patient Coordinator you will be the first contact point for our patients. It will be your job to understand their needs , explain , facilitate and organize their time as per our availability.
Main duties:
- Answer Phone in a professional and courteous way -> provide patients with sufficient information( reservation, availibility, prices)
- Welcome, assist and guide patients during their visit
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English language (spoken and written)
- Great communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Presentable
- Maximum age 30 years
- Previous experience at least 2 years ( customer service, clinic, hospitality sector)
