Job Description
- Handled and maintained all employees personnel files.
- Followed-up with the financial accountant on the financial control (budget)
- Responded to telephone inquiries with tact and discretion, assessed their urgency, and obtained/provided information
- Organized and called candidates for scheduling interviews.
- Assisted in preparing all required forms for social insurance (Forms 1, 6, and2).

- Updated mailing list, sent important announcements, and greeted and assisted guests to the office.
