Job Description
- Analyze price proposals to determine the reasonable prices
- Manage preparation, implementation and execution of procurement processes
- Creates purchase orders and follows up on approval and acknowledgement of orders.
- Manages day-to-day interactions with suppliers
- Create documentations necessary for the acquisition of materials and services.
- Review supplies, works and services to ensure compliance with company procedures and best procurement practice.
- Responsible in sourcing of materials and contract management
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain & Logistics
- Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in procurement
- Good communication and negotiating skills
- Can establish and maintain solid relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Able to operate under a set of guidelines/policies and procedure approved by management
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
- Good command in English language
- SAP knowledge is a plus
