Job Description

  • Analyze price proposals to determine the reasonable prices
  • Manage preparation, implementation and execution of procurement processes
  • Creates purchase orders and follows up on approval and acknowledgement of orders.
  • Manages day-to-day interactions with suppliers
  • Create documentations necessary for the acquisition of materials and services.
  • Review supplies, works and services to ensure compliance with company procedures and best procurement practice.
  • Responsible in sourcing of materials and contract management

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in procurement
  • Good communication and negotiating skills
  • Can establish and maintain solid relationships with vendors/suppliers
  • Able to operate under a set of guidelines/policies and procedure approved by management
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
  • Good command in English language
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
