Job Description
- Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
- Manage sales team members on daily basis & provide guidance whenever needed.
- Work with the sales team leaders to implement new sales techniques to achieve profit.
- Identify, qualify, new customer sales opportunities to generate sales revenues that meet & exceed assigned goals.
- Plan, and develop new sales strategies.
- Updating management on the status of all prospects.
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads & prospect.
- Review, evaluate & adjust sales procedures and way to achieve best sales results.
- Representing the organization at exhibitions, and events.
- Communicate with clear instructions to team members and develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
Job Requirements
- Experience in Real Estate (Developer & Broker)
- Bachelor degree in business or a related field
- Presentable
- Excellent in English Language
- Excellent communication skills
