Job Description
- Help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
- Sales Manager is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues, and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.
Job Requirements
- We are looking for a high-performing sales manager who has a strong ability to communicate with existing clients and attract new clients, in addition to a strong ability to manage and train the sales team.
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a sales manager in the fertilizer and pesticide sector.
- 7 to 10 Years’ Experience 3-5 years’ of them experience in eCommerce sales and management
- High management ability.
- Strong business acumen & strategic thinking.
- The ability to have a good understanding of the Egyptian agricultural market
- The ability to develop marketing plans for new products in the Egyptian agricultural market
- having good database about pesticides clients in Egypt
- Experience in customer relations and retention.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and team management skills
