Job Description
- Enhance the performance of the warehouse functions to meet the company's objectives and goals.
- Ensure accurate implementation for the new automated and computerized operation system for the warehouse as per ERP cycle and document cycle.
- Maintain and update standards procedures (SOPs) of the In/Out, health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment to ensure compliance with GSP.
- Develop and conduct a training session to improve the team performance based on the new system, SOPs of the warehouse.
- Follow-up the implementation new system with warehouse team.
- Responsible for the warehouse Health and Safety measures.
- Promote staff safety awareness to achieve zero incidents.
- Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
- Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
- Liaise with internal customers, suppliers and transport companies to ensure appropriate product/material delivery.
- Ensure appropriate space and handling for the mechanical equipment to minimize damages, accidents and meet the environmental standards.
- Control and supervise the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of material/products.
- Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
- Plan future capacity requirements.
- Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Brief team leaders on a daily basis.
- Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse management systems and automated storage and retrieval systems.
- Ensure the quality of warehouse services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor graduate.
- ERP System (preferred Oracle).
- +20 years of relevant experience, with at least for 7 years in a similar position and Pharmaceutical industry is a must.
- Good command of English both written and spoken and good computer skills.
- High leadership skills.
- Negotiation skills and a high level of flexibility.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to take decisions at contingency plans.
