Job Description

Scheduling meetings & appointments with clients and owners.

Supporting the Management, Sales and Marketing departments.

Handling correspondence (phone calls, emails, sms, whatsapp… etc.).
-
Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks (e.g. sms campaign & Whatsapp campaign).
-
Liaising with relevant organizations (e.g. Wuzzuf – Premier – Te-data – Vodafone – Etisalat, Al Ahram newspaper, Al Waseet, etc..).
-
Managing databases by phone calls and by inserting data on the spot (Contact form & compounds excel sheet).
-
Implementing procedures and administrative systems.
-
Maintaining diaries, Paperwork, printing & Filing.

Organizing office layout and ordering stationery and equipment.
-
Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time (landline bills – Internet – Mobile bills – Gas – Electricity – Water).
