Job Description
- Lead/ Project architect and technical coordinator.
- Produce sets of production documents in both design development (DD) and CD phases.
- Maintain a daily list for assigned projects tasks with all departments.
- The full responsibility for coordination between architectural and MEP.
- Quality control and review of interior working drawings/ detailed design sheets and technical specification.
- Provide BOQ, material selection and F.F & E.
- Previous experience residential and commercial buildings working drawings.
- Familiar with international operators guidelines and technical requirements.
- Strong Knowledge of working drawings and tender documents.
- Experience of coordination between technical department.
- Must be an expert user of Auto-cad program.
- Familiar With international codes/standards.
Job Requirements
- +4 years of professional experience in a similar position.
