- Handle -new implementation projects.
- Remote and Onsite support for call manager, Unity, UCCX, IMP and expressway.
- Troubleshooting, identify and resolve voice issues.
- Manage Customer faults and issues.
Job Requirements
- 3 Years of deploying Cisco Products
- Sc. of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any related field.
- Certifications for Senior Collaboration engineer (Cisco, Avaya)
- CCNA, CCNP Collaboration certificates is a must.
- CCNA R&S is a must.
- CCNP R&S Preferred.
