Job Description

GTM Development and Execution with Global System Integrators: Work with Global team on landing local activation for Global SI's where there is a strong local performance or potential. Create and execute GTM with global and local managed partners including offer development, demand gen, and consumption. Deliver and report on business outcomes committed in plans. Manage local funding for assigned partners’ activities aligned to quarterly accountability, compliance, and budget management. Create and extend the Partner-to-Partner motion for partner success.

Contribute to Solution Area capacity landing, play landing and workload performance: Commit to and land workload performance for Global SI's in patch. Provide support for planning and landing partner portion of Solution Area Sales Plays. Lead from the front, using top partner results to steer Solution Area GTM partner initiatives as growth breakthrough.

Accelerate Partner Growth: Baseline named partner performance and current growth rate; build plan to accelerate growth for each and all assigned partners. Track and adjust GTM activities to continue to growth acceleration.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product or channel marketing, partner channel development, business development, alliance management, through partner marketing in the technology industry
  • Working experience in either Consulting, Agency or In-house Digital Marketing or CRM Department.
  • Proven leadership skills in leading with cross functional teams in Marketing and Technology
  • An ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high pressure environment with changing priorities
  • Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency
  • Extensive experience of managing virtual teams across functions and geographies:
  • Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
  • Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills
  • Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.
  • Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners.
  • Bachelor degree required (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations); MBA desired
