Job Description
- We are looking for an enthusiastic assistant (Telesales Agent) to contribute to generating sales for our company.
- You will be responsible for offering Etisalat products and services to our corporate clients based in UAE.
- Telecommunication background experience is preferred.
- Working Hours from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (Fixed shift)
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs
- English speaking candidates only can apply (95% of our client base are English speakers only).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
