Job Description

  • Support the HR Manager in developing and managing HR plans and budgets. Administering all HR activities including recruitment, training, Organization Development, payroll and Personnel.
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures, employees full understanding of the same.
  • Implements Staff Recruitment Process and approval cycle as per company policies and procedures. Conducting the Recruitment Interviews, shortlisting the potential candidates for final HR and Hiring Manager Assessment.
  • Administers the Training Plan in coordination with the HR Manager and company Department Heads as per company budget and approved plan. Communicating the training centers and processing the training cost approvals as per set policies and procedures.
  • Support in implementation of performance management system through all its phases, starting from setting objectives through linkage with the annual merit increases and periodic performance reviews, KPIs development and incentive scheme development etc.
  • Supports in the Personnel issue regarding the hiring process, registering employees data and status changes on the system, attendance record keeping, employees files etc.
  • Supports the HR Manager in the HR development projects regarding updating company Organization Charts, policies and procedures, Job Descriptions, HRIS on (ODOO) full implementation, talent management and succession planning etc.
  • Supports in developing and administering employee relations issues like social events, staff awards.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant
  • Solid experience in recruitment and OD
  • Performance Management, Training Management, Maintaining Employee Files, People Skills, Resolving Conflict, Employment Law, Office Experience - General, Reporting Skills, Verbal Communication, Administrative Writing Skills
