Job Description
- Connect with prospects using phone & email
- Respond to all inbound leads and offer our services
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at all times.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients via telephone calls, online chat and emails.
- Consult with clients after contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Educating clients in the use of platforms, systems and trading processes.
- Keep up-to-date with the financial markets and factors that influence them

- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitor's products and prices.
- Recommend products to customers, based on customer's needs and interests.
- Shift: 9 am to 5 pm
- Friday & Saturday OFF
Job Requirements
- Graduates only.
- Experience 0-4 years in Telesales.
- Computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- The stock Market experience is a plus.
- Good at English.
- Smart.
- Fast Learning.
- Good communication & presentations skills.
- Male and Female.
