About the Job:

Role Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Resource planning

• Partner with Talent acquisition to develop and implement a recruitment and resource planning strategy to ensure that the company employs the best talent and that company operations are uninterrupted.
• Partner with business heads to identify resource needs and forecast costs.Learning and Development
• Develop and implement a training strategy for employees.
• Ensure that all mandatory training requirements are implemented throughout the year.

Business processes/ Operations

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and requests
• Develop and implement the onboarding process to enhance employee experience.
• Ensure business compliance with HR processes and procedures
• Maintain HR information in a systematic and confidential manner
• Manage staff exits, ensuring positive employee experience
• Review and approve offer letters and contracts
