Job Description
- Supervising the transfer equipment from project to project of the equipment in the projects to achieve the optimum utilization.
- Rout all equipment hiring requirement to ensure that no such type of equipment is available at store /other sites that can be released to meet their requirement.
- Directly transfer of manpower to and from project without interfere by the project manager
- Approve all manpower time sheets at projects at the end of every month
- Identify the type of the penalty for equipment manpower. And to record it in the employee file
- Verify daily equipment utilization reports
- Issuing maintenance Requests
- Inform the maintenance section head about the defected equipment
- Submit Equipment deployment plan
- Full cooperation in timely submission of data of equipment utilization
- Provide an independent computer facility to site Equipment Division, for the data entries regarding daily, weekly equipment utilization and maintenance records.
- Arrange equipment transfer from/to project
- Manage the operator and drivers of equipment and their related issues (transfer and assessment etc )
- Manage the registration process of the equipment
- Manage (pick up-double cabin- microbus-trucks- all heavy equipment types) small vehicles and private vehicles are out of scope of work
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 12-15 Years Of Experience in the Same Role
- MUST have a good experience in Construction Companies
- Able to relocate according to projects status
