Job Description
- Perform Bank Start-of-Day Processes for multi-bank environment
- Process Viewpointe Settlement Entries
- Complete Branch Capture operations
- Balance and repair POD Transactions
- Create corrections when the transaction is out of balance
- Monitor Item count and branch information statistics
- Import and Export files from Endpoints for processing
- Import numerous daily files for internal processes (such as ATM Deposits, Snapshot Deposit and Remote Deposit)
- Perform initial risk review of ATM and Snapshot Deposit items and communicate exceptions to branches
- Process credit card payment transactions (lockbox)
- Process Return Letter for Exception Items
- Cash Letter Preparation
- Balance and provide accurate totals for Accounting
- End of Day Balancing
- Balance run totals
- Perform Bank End-of-Day Processes for multi-bank environment
- Communicate with technical support to troubleshoot software/hardware problems
Job Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills – verbal and written.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English language skills
- Banking Business Experience will be an asset
