Job Description
The sales team leader position requires an individual who is passionate about fitness and outgoing. Organization, communication, presentation and persuasion skills are a must.
Your responsibilities will include:
- (Over)achieve annual financial and conversion targets
- Assist in hiring and training new members to the sales team.
- Report department and team performance
- Oversee and develop team-member performance
- Implement, document and improve sales processes.
- Coordinate and distribute tasks to sales team members
- Plan and execute solutions for the sales team to deliver customers/leads
- Liaise with Marketing department regarding leads’ conversion
- Liaise with Marketing, CX and Fitness departments throughout the new client lifecycle.
- Liaise with CX regarding phone and walk-in leads’ communication and scheduled visits.
- Maintain and capitalize on existing and new leads databases.
- Handling all corporate/bulk deals for with companies in Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October City.
- Analyzing opportunities by researching the fitness industry
- Propose new products to fit new target audiences or trends.
- Proposing and maintaining F3 presence in events, exhibitions and activations.
- Maintaining technical and conceptual knowledge of the industry by attending educational workshops & courses, reviewing professional publications and participating in relevant societies, etc.
- Performing other sales related activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- English is a MUST
- Organized, presentable with solid communication skills
