The IT Help Desk Technician is responsible for support of all desktop hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment. As the IT Help Desk Technician, you are the front line in support of customers and will provide assistance via phone, email, and in person. What you’ll do
- Provide excellent phone, remote and in-person end user support
- Resolve end-user hardware/application issues with Windows, tablet and mobile devices
- Perform remote management for basic active directory issues, offboarding/onboarding, Office 2016, 0365 and Windows 10
- business applications support.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of help desk support experience in a large enterprise environment.
- Solid hands-on experience with Windows laptops and tablets.
- Solid hands-on experience with network.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
