Sales Supervisor (Outdoor)

Job Purpose:

• To ensure that the Sales team of the assigned area is achieving the monthly sales target through proper execution of sales plan communicated through the Regional Sales Manager.

Key job responsibilities

Nature of job impact:

• Supervises Sales team to ensure the achievement of the monthly sales target value/placement.
• Carries responsibility for selecting new customers within assigned area and maintain existing relationships with customers.
• Proposing potential stores for aman visibility.
• Ensures company property is well-maintained and in good working condition.
• Carries responsibility for reviewing the daily results per salesman and sending it to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Monitors competitor prices/activities and reports it to the Regional Sales Manager and recommends action plans.
• Supervises daily cash collection/ machines (Returned or new) and accounts settlement with finance and warehouse.
• Promotes Aman’s RTM strategies set by management.
• Ensures availability of Aman’s machines as per coverage plan.
• Conducts market visits to ensure service level.
• Splits monthly target/plan per value and placement of machines per Sales and Senior Sales Representatives.
• Carries responsibility for customer route planning and reengineer it whenever needed.
• Monitor the best possible implementation of RTM (Route to Market) plan by channel by type of outlet.
• Ensure having right documents for the placement to secure company’s rights
• Assume full responsibility of salesman cash shortage
• Ensure proper implementation of trade promotions
• Conducting daily coaching (class room and on job) to sales team
• Handling customers complains and objections
• Ensure high level of disciplines in sales team
