Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Establish new business relationships within the construction industry.
- Evaluate the business ideas & ventures.
- Carrying out the supporting market studies and market intelligence.
- Defining the scope of work in various projects.
- Calculating sales prices in accordance with company rules for profitability.
- Negotiate and concluding confidentiality agreements, and supply contracts.
- Implement effective key account management.
- Monitor and updating quality performance of the company’s products and services within the designed region.
- Identify decision makers at the major accounts
- Assure proper administration of supply contracts
- Advertise and Promotion
- Advise & feedback on company literature, product profiles and company website to best support the business within the designated region
- Organize & participation at trade shows, organizing customer events (seminars, presentations, etc.)
- Assist the Regional Manager in the strategy development and review
- Assist the Regional Manager in establishing and reviewing the yearly business plan
- Conclude of confidentiality agreements, , supply contracts
- Fulfillment of business plan (growth targets) and customer satisfaction
- Travel & Support to any of the MENA countries whenever required.
- Preparing market plans and strategies to prompt company's products.
- Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities.
- Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations and sales tool on business development opportunities.
- Establish and maintain a customer relations management database.
- Conduct competitive products analysis and market research to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business.
- Inform Management on identified business opportunities.
- Develop good customer relationship by personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails etc.
- Maintain strong relationship with customers for future business growth.
- Assist purchasing team in quotations activities like price and delivery negotiations with customers.
- Resourcing and budgeting activities.
Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor degree ( Prefer Civil Engineering).
- Min 2 to 5 years with Building Material or Structure Repair or Post Tension or precast or Concrete Batch Plant Fields.
- Sales and promotion Background.
- English Fluent.
- Excellent Computer skills and presentation skills.
