Young and vibrant Egyptian fashion house specialized in the design and production of creative and contemporary bags and accessories seeking an Operation Manager to handle all aspects of running the studio’s operations including:
- Overseeing operations and production
- Controlling the quality of production
- Establishing, implementing, and following up on systems
- Working closely with planning team to meet targets of production
- Hiring and overseeing employees
Job Requirements
- Applicant must be a capable hands-on manager
- Quality-oriented
- Team player with strong leadership skills.
- Good computer skills are essential.
- Experience in the fashion and leather industry is a plus.
- Good English is beneficial but not a requirement.
