Job Description
- Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Direct and supervise workers.
- Study project specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
- Develop and implement quality control programs.
- Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years’ experience, with at least 2 years in similar position
- Experience in ground tanks, power stations, shoring and dewatering works
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
