one of the leading Furniture manufacturing companies in the Middle-East , is hiring a Showroom Manager for ALEXANDRIA branch
- He will be responsible for the all the staff of his showroom
- He will make sure that the showroom is always up to the standards
- Coaching and closing deals for the sales if needed
- Understand all the different competitors in the market
- Keep the all designers energized and motivated in order to lead the team to meet monthly sales targets.
- Provide productive feedback to the team
Job Requirements
- Experience in managing Furniture showroom is a Must.
- Relevant Bachelor Degree in Engineering background is preferable.
- Experience Needed: not less than 7 years’ experience
- Minimum 5 years in a Managerial Role is a Must
- Good taste in furniture colors.
