Job Description
- Assist in Preparing Design management documents of the outsourced Consultants’ scope of work such as request for proposal (RFP), Terms of reference (TOR) …Etc.
- Assist in preparing Periodical Design progress reports.
- Assist in preparing analysis and technical studies, areas breakdowns for projects.
- Assist in Preparing initial action Plans and outline design schedules for new Projects.
- Assist the Design Manager in review & coordination with External Consultants during Project process as a member of the DM team.
- Attend the Design progress meetings with the Consultants/Suppliers when needed.
- Perform assigned tasks with the highest quality and within the allocated time schedule ensuring the compliance with the department’s policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Architecture.
- 5-8 years of experience.
- Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office & Adobe Photoshop.
- Real Estate background is preferred
