Job Description
Duties:
- Place orders with suppliers, follow up orders status in terms of availability, shipping and documentation.
- Review all shipping methods and negotiate shipping charges.
- Planning delivery timetables.
- Ensuring stores have enough stock.
- Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand.
- Overseeing the ordering and packaging process.
- Monitoring stock levels.
- Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination.
- Overseeing arrival of shipments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Lives in New Cairo or Nearby ( Nasr City , Maadi, Mokattam,Rehab, Heliopolis...)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of written and spoken the English language
- Analytic skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Organizing and planning skills.
- Very good computer skills.
Skills :
- Showing proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrating experience reducing cost or improving efficiency in previous jobs
- Possessing experience in customer-facing position
- Having professional planning experience
