Job Description
- Formulating JDs, KPIs, policies, procedures and manage performance system.
- Update Job Descriptions.
- Create competency models.
- Implement the performance management system.
- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
- Other duties may be assigned according to business needs.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years experience, preferred in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry and understanding of business and OD practices.
- Good Command in English.
- Additional studies in Human Resources.
- Bsc. in any discipline; Bsc. in business administration is preferable.
