Job Description
- Salesbuzz implementation track record
- RTM - ArcGIS implementation track record
- Ensuring the integration of all systems components; e.g. procedures, databases, policies, software, and hardware.
- Assuring software and systems quality and functionality.
- Ensuring systems availability, functionality, integrity, and efficiency;
- Maintaining systems configuration.
- Diagnosing and resolving problems in response to a customer reported incidents whenever possible.
- Execute and evaluate RTM performance distributor infrastructure.
- Generate and define RTM metrics dashboard and monitor distributors dashboard performance
- Build RTM capabilities and process implementation.
