Job Description
- Reply to and direct emails, telephone calls and face to face inquiries of customers and colleagues.
- Develop, update, maintain and archive customer files in both formats as soft and hardcopies.
- Organize and schedule meeting room appointments for Customers, internal meetings, HR & technical interviews of candidates … etc.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Produce and distribute correspondence emails, memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
- All other activities related to the day-to-day activities of the Administration Department.
