Job Description
- Track all coming contracts to ensure the cycle for reviewing contracts is in order ( time frame – committee response)
- Archive Giza Systems' contracts (contracts log sheet is updated with the latest contracts hard and soft copies)
- Check the status of the contract and the progress in signing the contract,
- Review NDA and other Types of contracts.
- Follow-up with internal departments for the status of the contract.
- Report the legal achievements.
- Translate legal contracts from English to Arabic and Vice versa.
- Set templates for agreements and contracts for other departments to use.
- Manage approvals for Cor System.

Technical Skills
- Excellent knowledge in reviewing contracts
- Excellent knowledge in tender and auction laws
- Very good knowledge in legal research
- Very good knowledge of legal terminologies
- Knowledge of the latest decrees, laws and regulations.
- Know how to file and archive documents
Personal Skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent in English both reading and writing
- Hard worker
