Job Description

Assist the Organization in meeting customer quality standards, develop procedures in collaboration with projects’ teams, process improvement plan and QA procedures, and apply the quality management principles associated with ISO-9001:2000, CMMI and/or any other international standards for greater competitive advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist organization in meeting Quality Standards and ensure Applying ISO-9001:2015 and/or CMMI Standards.
  • Develop, plan and execute ISO activities according to set targets.
  • Coordinate ISO activities with relevant units.
  • Develop and maintain ISO and/or CMMI audit plan then conduct effective internal audit program on business units and/or GS projects as per ISO and/or CMMI requirements.
  • Perform internal audits programs for sister companies.
  • Report results of internal audits to process improvement leads and determine non conformity to make necessary corrections.
  • Verify effectiveness of corrective actions taken by concerned units.
  • Prepare, review and follow up new/revised documentation for adequacy including procedures, work instructions, etc.
  • Participate in writing company processes as required.
  • Prepare and participate in ISO and/or CMMI External Audits.
  • Work on new certifications required from Top Management.
  • Improve processes through continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain Delegation of Authorities (DOA) within the company
  • Provide process awareness sessions as required
  • Work with sales team on customer clarifications and submit the required documentations.
  • Follow up all HSE Instructions.

  • Extensive experience in or knowledge of software process.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Knowledge of software development environment.

Technical Skills

  • Certified Quality Management & Internal Auditor.
  • Preferable Experience in HSE Management System.
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in relevant field.
  • Experience with Quality Processes and terminology.
  • Experience leading improvement efforts with cross-functional
  • teams.

Education

  • B.Sc. of Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
