Job Description
- Incorporate feature requests into product road-map
- Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
- Set sprint goals
- Plan releases and upgrades
- Write acceptance tests
- Create deliverables for all aspects of business analysis and functional design for our initiatives, including but not limited to requirements elicitation, functional specifications, use case analysis, visual modeling, and business, organizational and/or operational requirements validation/documentation.
- Analyze and critically evaluate gathered information to resolve conflicts, anticipate issues, and make priority decisions
- Decompose high-level concepts into details and distinguish solution ideas from requirements
- Follow the progress of work and address production issues during sprints
- Effectively captures stakeholder needs and business value through engagement and analytical data
- Refines user personas and understanding the ideal solutions to their problems
- Defines the solutions for validated and known market problems by writing user stories and maintaining a product backlog
- Develop & Maintain the scope statement
- Develop & maintain the release plan
- Defines the backlog priorities to team
- Works with team to groom and refine the backlog
- Represents customers and stakeholders as the principal decision-maker in the acceptance of stories
- Leads cross-functional teams to make prioritization and trade-off decisions
- Leads the planning and delivery of features for each product release to execute on the business plan for their products
- Writes the user acceptance test cases and defines acceptance criteria of stories
- Reports release status & progress to stakeholders
- Generate & share KPIs on release/sprint level and identify gabs
- Takes corrective actions when risks/issues affecting release progress
- Takes immediate actions to handle dependencies for smooth progress of work
- Collaborates closely with Scrum teams to plan and execute sprints/releases
- Works within or proposes changes to target resource allocations for their respective team(s)
- Participates in Scrum events and ceremonies: Sprint Planning; Daily Stand-Ups; Demos and Retrospectives
- Acts as a subject matter expert for their functional product area
- Leads & Plans the deployment activities of product
- Leads the implementation teams in implementing the product at client sites
- Handover the business for the implementation team, newcomers and other product owners
- Prepare demos & presentations to stakeholders
- Lead the assigned UX team to prepare needed wireframes for the stories
Job Requirements
- Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good experience in requirements elicitation
- Good experience in analysis techniques (Interviewing, Questionnaires, Prototyping, Workshops…etc.)
- Good experience in Stakeholder Analysis
- Good knowledge in Business Analysis Plan
- Good knowledge in Current State Analysis
- Good knowledge in Scope Statement Specification
- Good experience in Functional & Non-Functional requirements analysis and definition
- Good experience in Functional Requirements Specification (SRS, Use Cases & Stories)
- Good experience in Wireframes and Other Visual Modeling
- Good experience in process Modeling
- Good experience in Data Model
- Good experience in User Acceptance Test
- Good knowledge in Change Management
- Good knowledge in using TFS
- Good experience in MS Visio and other modeling tools
- Good experience in prototyping tools
- Very Good knowledge in agile
- Basic knowledge of Architecture of SaaS Products
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
- Work experience In ERP Filed (is a Plus)
