Job Description
- We are looking for Software Engineer with 2 years experience in Big Data For one of Bee interactive group of companies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related degree.
- 2+ years of experience as Big data engineer in a large production environment.
- Strong experience in HDFS support, maintenance, backup, restore, disaster recovery, failovers management and troubleshooting.
- Highly proficient in one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, C/C++.
- Highly proficient in (NoSQL and RDBMS) databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
- A deep understanding of Big Data, Hadoop architecture and YARN/Map reduce concepts.
- Working knowledge of Linux operating system.
- Network and system administration experience, preferably in large-scale data center environments.
- Good scripting skills and ability to pick up new ones.
- Systematic problem solving approach and knowledge of algorithms, data structures and complexity analysis.
