Quality Control Analyst

Main Job Duties:

• Perform wet and instrumental analysis (HPLC, UV, Melting point device, Viscometer, Conductmeter, Titroprocessor, pH meter, Balance, Furnaces, muffles and ovens, Optical rotation device, Centrifuge, Sieve analyzer, Ion selective electrodes, Dissolution tester, Disintegration tester, Hardness tester, Friability tester)of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
• Perform physical testing and chemical analysis of pharmaceutical packaging material.
• Prepare and standardizes volumetric solutions, reagents and indicators.
• Calibrate instruments according to work instructions to ensure compliance to standards.
• Participate in validation of facilities and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance to standards.
• Follows the approved controlled standard operating procedures, raw materials and finished product specifications and test methods during test performing.
• Follows the instructions of environmental, Health and Safety.
• Maintain the quality control approved control records related to the daily work.
• Issues and signs test certificates.
• Water analysis for all factory sites.
