Job Description
Customer Service
- Receives & Responds to all e-mails & Calls related to customers’ inquiries & requirements. Fully responsible for “Info” e-mails & Contact us numbers of all brands.
- Responsible for replying to all Social Media messages & comments sent by customers.
- Follows up on customer complains & requests with the concerned person / department through case tickets.
Telesales (JIT)
- Supports “Cash sales System” via JIT through sales calls to registered & new customers for monthly / weekly orders.
- Revise monthly & Quarterly target orders to ensure distributors’ alignment with orders packages.
- Receive new distributors contacts database built through Shops’ swarms done by trade marketing.
- Contact the listed shops to offer BETA products, promotions & incentive systems to expand BETA distributors base through all channels (key accounts, JIT & through distributors
- Categorize the database according to the retailer’s capacity of monthly orders.
- Advice potential retailers who are interested in purchasing BETA products from a distributor with the company’s authorized distributors’ network based on the retailer geographical location.
- Offer & Attract potential retailers who are interested in BETA new cash sales system through JIT to start ordering based on their preferred incentive slab.
- Frequent Telesales calls to JIT cash system clients to follow up and filling monthly orders & delivery
- Upgrading distributors discount slabs through encouraging them to increase their monthly sales value.
- Forward potential key account distributors to BETA local sales teams based on location
Lead Generation
- Filters available databases through phone calls to identify potential leads for Channel marketing.
Loyalty Program
- In Coordination with Marketing Analyst & trade Marketing Performs welcome calls to all new application users, respond to all requests and / or questions.
- Uses Push notifications on application to inform users of any new product or promotion.
- Uses BETA SMS system for mass communicating offers, promotions, events to listed customers & technicians.
Surveys
- Performs periodical phone surveys to ensure proper customer satisfaction at all Sales & distribution channels, and reports surveys results to Marketing department & quality control department.
