Job Description

  • Driving digital quotes and sales via the digital media mix and managing all paid, organic and engagement traffic (SEO, PPC, Social, CRM etc.)
  • Optimizing the website content using CRO techniques to maximize our media spend and conversion.
  • Planning, managing and evaluating the strategy for the digital marketing team.
  • Managing the digital media budget, reporting on and forecasting performance.
  • Working with the creative agency to deliver creatives for performance campaigns.
  • Managing the tracking and measurement setup, troubleshooting and fixing any bugs in the system.
  • Reporting to the CEO and CFO on campaign and channel performance on a daily basis.
  • Continuously analyzing and optimizing performance channels, campaigns, media mix and digital platforms.
  • Setting effective KPI’s to measure the impact of the brand, sales and specific campaigns.
  • Reporting on relevant KPI’s.
  • Managing the Digital Marketing team, assessing training and development needs.
  • Working with the Tech Team to ensure the website and consumer touch points are up to date and fully optimized.

Job Requirements

  • At least 4 years’ experience working in a marketing management role
  • Fluent English
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns
  • Highly experienced in using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Team leadership is required
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities
  • A creative thinker, you’ll need to think of fresh ideas to promote the brand
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
